I am just pig sick of energy, effort and money being wasted because of a lack of empathy and understanding with customers and their behaviour.
I am completely and obsessively driven to address this waste and share how to do this for yourself with as many people as I can.
I want everyone to use this new insight to reclaim profit that unnecessarily walks out the door or as use it as the foundation for much more sustainable and bankable innovation.
